Instructor Biography

Lukács Gabi is a healthcare professional working as an acupressure practitioner and an alternative movement and massage therapist. She is a dedicated practitioner and instructor of the internal arts (Chi Kung and Tai Chi). In her work, she represents the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and presents them in a practical, easy-to-understand way for a modern Western audience.

As an instructor, she builds her teaching on clear, stable foundations: posture, relaxation, breathing, attention, and gradual progression. Her goal is for students to receive a structured, followable system that can be integrated into everyday life safely and sustainably, including for beginners.

She also integrates the core principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine into her teaching— including the meridian system and the approach to acupressure points. Her aim is for practice to become a clear, step-by-step path toward more conscious body awareness and everyday balance.

She regularly conducts classes and workshops at well-known festivals and community events across Hungary, for a wide range of ages and experience levels.

She continuously develops her knowledge: since 2024, she has been learning from Master Yip through workshops, and she integrates what she learns into her teaching system. In 2026, she launched her online teaching platform to make practice accessible for those who cannot attend in person regularly. In the same year, her first book was published, explaining Taoist methods and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine in clear, “Western” language and a practical approach.

She will soon open her first clinic in Budapest, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a focus on prevention, balance, and self-care.
